Medical Waste Removal
All Florida Medical Waste practices safe handling when picking up and disposing of biohazardous waste such as, “red bag” waste and sharps containers. Thousands of customers also rely on us to cautiously dispose of hazardous substances in a way that protects the community, and the environment.
Pick-up: We offer a specialized routine pick-up specific to each facility that we serve. Whether that’s, monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, or even as needed. All Florida Medical Waste can also manage all-size facilities in the Central Florida area.
- Transportation: Hazardous medical waste is transported to the disposal and treatment center by a GPS monitored truck. All staff members are required also to pass extensive background checks, for the highest level of security.
- Treatment: After the waste reaches the facility, it properly refined and treated to remove any biohazardous contaminants in regards to HIPPA regulations.
- Disposal: Medical Waste is later sorted following treatment to determine if the waste can then be recycled, disposed of in a landfill, or if it can be sent to a reverse distributor.
